Property Manager Position

An opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Ray White Rural Charleville team in a Property Manager role.

The Role

Your roll will include but not limited to –

• High level customer service – client-first mentality

• Rental Applications

• Routine Inspections

• Entry & Exit Reports

• Maintenance Requests

• Rental Arrears

• Lease Renewals

• Management of both Residential and Commercial Tenancies

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have –

• High level of computer literacy

• Initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

• Effective communication skills

• Self-discipline and ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Immaculate presentation

Prior experience in Property Management is preferred.

Casual Position (this can be negotiated)

Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
