Full Time $80,000 - $85,000 pa

A crucial role in supporting the financial operations and strategic decision-making to grow the business.  Detailed financial reports, budgets and forecasting, analysis of financial data, identifying drivers of profitability, advice on resource allocation.  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA / CA qualification desirable and minimum 1 year relevant experience.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eromanga, QLD. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Eromanga Natural History Museum, including staff coordination, facility management, and operational planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring the smooth execution of museum activities, managing budgets, supervising onsite tours and events, and implementing strategies to enhance visitor experience. The role also involves maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering partnerships with stakeholders in the community and scientific fields.
