McIntyre Agriculture Pty Ltd is a family business based in southern Queensland on prime farming & grazing country, employing around 35 people on properties located in the Beaudesert, Dirranbandi, Roma, St George and Quilpie districts. 

Reporting to the principles of McIntyre Agriculture, the COO will have a hands-on style, working closely with existing managers, driving productivity and encouraging coordination between enterprises for business efficiencies. The position requires an effective company leader to closely monitor expenditure, workplace culture, WH&S compliance, logistics reporting and record keeping as well as representing McIntyre Agriculture to the broader community.
